Textile art

In this workshop you will learn how to use embroidery and applique to create layered, textile art.  You will go home with a framed magnolia picture, upcycling pre-loved fabrics to create an ethical piece of art.

Needle felting art

In this workshop you will learn the basic skills of needle felting; how to ‘paint’ a picture using hand dyed British breed wool in a gorgeous spectrum of colours and some elbow grease! And there is plenty of time to create a picture based on a Lake District scene – how to build the layers of wool to create an image and then how it can be embellished.

You will go home with a framed picture that you can be proud of.
